Member Plus
Where a member holds a combined average relationship balance of $10,000 or more during the month (including combined loans, savings, investments or credit facilities), extra benefits are provided. These members are called Member Plus and they receive additional free transactions.
Exemptions and Concessions
Junior members are exempt from fees and charges, however a combined limit of 12 ATM and EFTPOS transactions each month applies. Junior members will pay a fee for each ATM and EFTPOS transaction made after the maximum limit is reached.

1. Cash Dispenser Withdrawal - only applies to S1, S8 and S60 Account holders. (NB - cash dispenser is located within our 141 Peter Street Branch).
2. Excess Junior ATM/EFTPOS - only applies to junior members for each ATM or EFTPOS transaction in excess of 12 (combined ATM/EFTPOS) transactions in any month.
3. Personal Account Fee - only applies to Savings (S1), Special Purpose (S2), Visa First (S3), Access First (S4), Lifestyle First (S8) and Insurance First (S10).
4. Business Account Fee - only applies to Business Account (S60) and Agribusiness (S61).
5. Coin Counting Fee - first $100.00 free then applies to every $100.00 or part thereof.
6. Staff Assisted Fees - applies when manual staff processing is required. Fee is charged at time of transaction. Additional fees may apply for electronic processing.
